Phillia Wibowo joined McKinsey in 1998 as the first consultant recruited from universities in Indonesia. She became the first female partner from Indonesia at McKinsey & Company, and currently is the President Director of McKinsey & Company Indonesia. Phillia is also the head of the McKinsey Organization Practice in Southeast Asia, which focuses on efforts to drive large-scale change programs through leadership role. Phillia is also a co-founder of Young Leaders for Indonesia. She completed his MBA education from Kellogg School of Management and her Bachelor degree in Mathematics from Institut Teknologi Bandung in Indonesia.
