Ari Soebekti is a graduate of Marine Science, Diponegoro University. 5 years of experience working in the field of community empowerment made Ari enter the world of education for the first time in the KIAT Guru Program as a Community Facilitator. Being a Community Facilitator makes Ari more clearly see the face of education in Indonesia. Ari facilitates schools, parents, and village stakeholders to work together to improve education services in remote villages.

Ari also realized that to improve education services, it is necessary to increase the capacity of all stakeholders in schools and villages so that they can work together to improve educational services which boils down to improving children’s learning outcomes. So Ari continued his work as a consultant at world bank as a capacity development officer in the same program. During his time at the world bank, Ari gained experience in conducting training for school superintendents, principals, and the community. Armed with these experiences, Ari joined INSPIRASI to become a place for learning to be sustainable in supporting the improvement of the quality of learning through school leadership.
