Cici T. Wanita has been working in education and development sector in Indonesia since 2009. Having a mathematics education background, Cici began her career by becoming a mathematics teacher in state and private schools with national and international standards; hence, she has the teaching experiences using various curricula. Being a catalyst for development is her passion, therefore, for the past three years Cici has focused on working in development sector, especially educational programs aimed at increasing the capacity of teachers, school principals and related parties. Her scope of work is to design and implement a competency development program with a focus on facilitation process. The programs that have been carried out include sustainable workshops, facilitation at school, or online course. Currently at INSPIRASI, she is responsible for the design, implementation and evaluation of the program.
