Since joining Indonesia Mengajar in 2012 as a teacher volunteer, he has loved education even more. Currently, Media Communication and People Development becomes a very popular scope. His work experiences are also related to such scope.
He started working in People Development sector when he became an Assistant Trainer at ESQ Leadership Center for approximately 5 years. Fahmi also participated in the Indonesia Mengajar Intensive Training team for 3 periods, as Camp Manager and Facilitator. From these two jobs, Fahmi learned a lot about management training from the preparing training content to monitoring and evaluating. In addition, he also joined the Education Technology (E-Learning) company called Quipper Edukasi Indonesia, as a Content Production Officer.
