Before leading INSPIRASI Foundation, Patrya was part of the Governor’s Delivery Unit of DKI Jakarta, where he oversees the budgeting and planning of several programs on Major Economic Development. Patrya holds a Bachelor of International Relations from Universitas Indonesia, and Masters in Public Administration and Masters in Public Policy (Dual Degree) from Lee Kuan Yew School of Policy, Singapore National University and London School of Economics and Political Science, UK.
